Your Mission: Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution & Strategy: Take charge of planning and executing comprehensive operational, financial, and compliance audits. You will ensure all audits adhere strictly to professional auditing standards, delivering thorough and objective assessments.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of our internal control systems. Your role will involve identifying critical operational bottlenecks, assessing financial risks, and pinpointing areas ripe for process improvement to enhance efficiency and security.
• Compliance & Governance Mastery: Champion adherence to local regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices specific to the KSA and wider GCC region. You will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to the highest standards of governance.
• Insightful Reporting: Craft clear, concise, and impactful audit reports. These reports will not only detail findings and root causes but also provide strategic, actionable recommendations to guide executive leadership and management in their decision-making.
• Follow-Up & Assurance: Diligently monitor and track the implementation status of management action plans derived from previous audit findings, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with finance, legal, and operational teams. Your collaborative efforts will promote a robust culture of internal controls, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.

Who You Are: Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Certifications: A professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, ACCA, or CISA is highly preferred, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field.
• Extensive Experience: You bring a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive professional experience in internal auditing, external audit (Big 4 experience is a distinct advantage), or corporate finance.
• Regional Acumen: Deep familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks, corporate governance standards, and financial reporting guidelines is essential for success in this role. Experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management is a desirable asset.
• Exceptional Skills:
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to dissect complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage, facilitating broader engagement.
  • High proficiency in data analysis tools, MS Office Suite, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
