Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the cvdropper SaaS platform (the 'Service'), published by Imergency Ltd ('We'), by any professional ('the Client') wishing to optimize their recruitment processes.
2. Description of the Service
cvdropper provides an online software solution for:
- Automated CV parsing via OMNIA.
- OMNIA-assisted job offer generation.
- Candidate pool management (Simplified ATS).
OMNIA Disclaimer: The Client acknowledges that OMNIA's analysis and scores are decision-making aids and do not constitute an absolute hiring recommendation. The final decision always belongs to the human recruiter.
3. Access and Registration
Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
4. Financial Conditions
4.1. Pricing
The Service is billed as a monthly or annual subscription. Applicable rates are those displayed on the site at the time of subscription.
The 'Early Bird' offer is guaranteed for life as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.
4.2. Payment
Payments are secured and managed by our partner LemonSqueezy, acting as 'Merchant of Record'. Billing is automatic.
4.3. Refund Policy (Limited Warranty)
We offer a 'Money-Back Guarantee' valid for 7 days after the first payment.
This guarantee is subject to a reasonable use limit to cover technical costs:
- A refund is only possible if the total number of CVs analyzed by the Client is less than 5.
- This count includes all documents submitted to OMNIA since the account opening.
- Beyond 5 analyses, the service is considered fully consumed.
5. Client Obligations
- Upload only legal documents (CVs, cover letters).
- Comply with personal data legislation (GDPR / Data Protection Act).
- Do not use the Service for illegal activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Nature of the Obligation
Imergency Ltd is subject to an obligation of means. We do not guarantee continuous or bug-free availability due to reliance on third-party APIs.
6.2. OMNIA Use and Final Decision
The Client acknowledges that generated analyses are probabilistic suggestions. The Client remains the sole decision-maker. Imergency Ltd cannot be held liable for hiring or rejection outcomes.
6.3. Liability Cap
The total amount of compensation cannot exceed the actual amounts paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Subscriptions are non-binding. The Client can cancel at any time through their client area.
8. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
